This notice covers Shoprally’s public website and demonstration, and describes information used for a client’s staff portal where those services are enabled. Shoprally is operated by Sunflare Digital Infrastructure (Sunflare Systems). A client agreement defines the actual service and account arrangement.
Public inquiries may provide contact, business, team-size, product-lineup, and message details. The public demo displays illustrative people, scores, lessons, and sales entries. Its interactive entries are held in the page while it is open; the demo is not a live staff account or POS connection.
For an enabled client portal, records can include staff names and account identifiers, authentication information, assigned training and completion, contest scores or entries, and product information supplied by the client. The organization administering the portal determines staff participation and access. Do not put passwords or personal customer records into a demo, message, or training entry.
Hosting, delivery, and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, access times, and error or security logs to serve and protect the site. These details can be personal information; we do not describe all technical data as anonymous.
Inquiry information is used to respond and scope a service. Enabled portal records support account access, product training, progress tracking, contests, leaderboards, support, and security, according to the client’s agreement and enabled features.
Contact submissions use Formspree and our business communication services. These providers process submitted information to deliver and manage messages and help prevent spam. See Formspree’s privacy notice. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver the site and communications.
Information may be used within Sunflare Systems and shared with service providers, a relevant location team, or an agreed contractor or supply partner where needed to address your request or deliver the agreed work. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with unrelated parties for their independent marketing. Disclosures may also be needed for legal obligations, security, or a transfer of the business.
A client portal is private to that organization by default. Authorized staff and administrators can see the records made available for their role and activities. Other participating stores see contest or leaderboard details only if the client enables network participation. The client should explain that participation to staff. Disabling it may take effect at an agreed contest boundary; contact us and the administrator about an individual request.
The public demo’s interactive state is held in the open page and resets when the page is reloaded. The public demonstration does not authenticate a staff member or save demo quiz or sales entries to a production staff record. A client portal may use authentication storage appropriate to that service; its actual access and retention arrangement is defined during onboarding.
Inquiry information is kept for responding to and following up on your request, administering a relationship, resolving issues, and required business records. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline. We review deletion requests and may retain records needed for legal, security, or contractual obligations.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you. We may need to verify the request and consider legal or contractual recordkeeping requirements. Available rights depend on applicable law. For staff portal records, we may coordinate with the organization administering your account.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no internet system is completely secure. Please keep messages limited to what we need to answer. Corner Cloud’s consumer site is for adults 21 or older; Sunflare’s business pages and Shoprally are intended for business users and authorized staff, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Links can take you to another site, retailer, or platform with its own terms and privacy practices. Review the notice for that service before sharing information.
We update this notice when our practices change and show the revision date above. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled separately; merely revisiting the site is not treated as consent to a new use of your personal information.
Questions or privacy requests: hello@sunflare.digital. Include the site or program and enough detail for us to locate your request. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents unless a secure method has been agreed.
