Shoprally ("we," "us," or "our") is a platform operated by Sunflare Digital Infrastructure ("Sunflare Systems"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit this site, submit an inquiry, or use the Shoprally platform as a client or staff member.
Through our inquiry form, we collect contact and business information you provide, including name, email, phone number, store name, and team size.
For active Shoprally clients, the platform processes additional information in order to operate, including:
Information submitted through our inquiry form is used to evaluate and respond to your request. For active clients, staff performance and training data is used to operate the platform's core features — tracking training completion, running sales contests, and generating leaderboards.
Each client's Shoprally portal is private to that client's own staff by default. Staff performance data, leaderboard standings, and training records are not visible to other Shoprally clients or stores unless the client has explicitly opted in to network-wide visibility.
If a client opts in to network-wide leaderboards or contests, staff performance data and rankings may become visible to staff and administrators at other participating stores, including other Sunflare Systems clients, Corner Cloud Co. locations, or Smoke Haven shops. Clients may opt out of network visibility at any time by contacting us, though this may take effect at the start of the next contest period rather than immediately.
Because Shoprally operates as a platform of Sunflare Systems, information may be shared internally between Shoprally and Sunflare Systems for the purpose of operating the platform and evaluating client relationships. We do not sell or rent personal information to unrelated third parties.
Inquiry submissions are processed through Formspree. Active client and staff data is stored on the Shoprally platform's hosting infrastructure. We retain training and performance records for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes, unless deletion is requested sooner.
Clients and staff members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held in the platform. Store administrators may request bulk export or deletion of their team's data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@sunflare.digital.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
